Oxygen Injection Controller

Description

The SAT-5 Oxygen Controller can control the oxygen partial pressure in a saturation chamber to a user defined set point. The controller uses a time proportioning injection cycle, where if the oxygen partial pressure in the chamber drops below the user defined set point, the controller will inject oxygen for a period of time and then stop injecting to allow the gasses in the chamber to mix for a period of time. If the oxygen partial pressure is still below the set point, then the injection / mixing cycle repeats until the set point is reached. This method provides accurate control of the oxygen partial pressure in the chamber, is simple to tune and tolerant since the controller stops injecting as soon as the oxygen partial pressure has reached the set point.

The SAT-5 Oxygen Controller uses the latest sensor technology and signal processing electronics to provide outstanding performance and value for money. It also has built in black box recording and Ethernet connectivity as standard.

All the SAT-5 instruments are fully configurable from their touch screen user interface. Important settings are password protected to prevent unauthorised adjustment.
