The SAT-5 carbon monoxide analyser uses a low noise, high volume electro-chemical sensor with active temperature compensation. It also utilises the latest display technology and signal processing electronics which offers excellent reliability and performance at an affordable cost.
All analysers in the SAT-5 range have barometric and temperature compensated readings. They also include a sample flow controller, electronic flow meter with a flow failure alarm an internal “black box” recorder stores a minimum of 12 months’ worth of data including user interactions onto a micro SD card, which serves as a useful audit trail. An RJ45 Ethernet connection is fitted as standard enabling the user to interface the instruments with computerised data storage software.
All instruments from the SAT-5 range are fully configurable by the user from the colour touch screen. Important settings and actions are password protected to prevent unauthorised adjustment.
The sensor is actively temperature compensated for improved accuracy. The measurement range is 0 – 25 ppm carbon monoxide with 0.01 ppm resolution and a response time of less than 30 seconds.
A humidifier option is available to allow continuous analysis of dry gasses. This instrument is suitable for use in a control room environment to accurately analyse the carbon monoxide content of gas transfer compressors, chamber gas mixtures, reclaim gasses and third party pre-mixed gasses.
